Rules

1. Mega Raffle, Grand Prize, Split-the-pot, Jackpot and Silent Auction 
are sold separately and are not included in the discount packages.
2. Prize claim information - All prizes must be picked up by Monday,
January 16 between 8:30am and 4:00 pm at Yeshiva Elementary
School. Yeshiva Elementary Schhol is not responsible for unclaimed
items after 4pm on January 16th., 2012.
3. All sales are final. Please read carefully any specification,
limitations and/or time restrictions. There can be no exchanges or
refunds from donors or from Yeshiva Elementary School.
4. The auction committee offers no express or implied warranties
or representation of any kind or nature with respect to property
or services. In no event shall it be responsible for the accuracy of
description, liability and damages, or condition of the property or
services.
5. Door prize giveaway: your $20 admission ticket automatically
enters you into our prize raffle. We will be calling off many prizes
throughout the auction viewing hours. Door prize giveaway
winners must be present at each drawing.
